As a lawyer, entrepreneur and dealmaker, Eric helped launch an 8-figure AI/Web3 platform, put a mega-celebrity into the blow-dry bar business, made key deals for the most successful YouTube network, negotiated artist deals for Musical.ly (now Tik Tok) and Calm, helped a top-10 NFT project turn early success into a global brand, negotiated celebrity deals for a publicly-traded esports company, sold the ON1 Force NFT project, helped the world's biggest nightclub launch an experiential NFT brand, turned a pair of midwest influencers into worldwide music stars, helped acquire and relaunch a major cryptocurrency, represented some of the biggest artists and actors in the world, and more...

Before moving to Miami, Eric spent 20 years in the entertainment capital of the world (Los Angeles) working with some of the biggest musical artists, producers, actors, influencers, and studios in the world such as Will.i.am, Britney Spears, Kanye West, Gwyneth Paltrow, Madison Beer, Mariah Carey, Mike Dean, Universal Music, Warner Bros., Milk & Honey, Perry Farrell, Johnny Depp, Conde Nast, BOXR Gym, Dogpound, Dennis Rodman, David Copperfield, Patrick Bet-David, Select Models, One Models, Complexity Gaming, Yeezy, and many others. His unique experience at the intersection of traditional entertainment, ventures, and emerging technologies such as VR, Web3, crypto, and the metaverse gives Eric a unique value to forward-looking clients.

Eric has been actively involved with both emerging and late-stage tech companies in Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Miami, and beyond for 20 years. He has worked with accelerators, investors, and startups such as Techstars, Orange, Microsoft, Jaunt VR, Raised In Space, Fuel Venture Capital, Fullscreen, Doodles, ON1 Force, Calm, DanceOn, Awesomeness TV, Tik Tok, Gamesquare Esports, and others. He counsels clients on formation, fundraising, partnerships, executive dealmaking, IP and licensing, and mergers and acquisitions.

As an experienced entrepreneur, Eric has helped startup founders, celebrities, and investors turn visions into reality for two decades. He helped a major actress get into the blow dry bar business, a music star develop wearable technologies, influencers build multi-faceted brands, agencies raise money for new verticals, and more. His knowledge of what it takes to ideate, create, fund, and grow a new venture sets him apart from traditional entertainment and corporate lawyers.

He graduated cum laude from UCLA in Philosophy where he was a member of many honors programs, and earned his JD from USC Law School, where he was a published author and qualified for the Hale Moot Court Honors Program.

He takes new clients on a referral basis only, and works with top-tier legal and accounting firms to assemble and oversee the best team for each client.
